Description
Where you are looking to work as a counsellor, strengthen personal and professional relationships, or add a valuable skill to your CV, counselling skills are essential for forming meaningful bonds with other people.
This course will teach you the fundamentals of counselling. We will use the person-centred (also known as client-centred) approach developed by Carl Rogers to empower others to find solutions to their problems and help them move forward.
The person-centered approach places the client’s experiences at the heart of counselling. By helping people to develop greater self-awareness and self-acceptance, they are able to feel positive about themselves and find ways to grow and develop as a person.
