One question that often comes up is when is it appropriate to coach and when it is best to just tell employees what to do so that will be addressed.
We’ll review an easy to use 3 part coaching model and show you specific questions that you can use. We’ll show the difference between open-ending questions and closed-ended questions and when it’s best to use them.
Finally, we’ll cover what could get in the way of coaching some employees and what to do about it.
This is a basic course for managers and no prior coaching experience is expected.
